We will ask you a few questions to pair you with a sales consultant from your local area. Our sales consultants are all experienced in the design and installation processes and will be part of your point of contact from the start of your project till completion.

Once the project details have been defined, our team will prepare a CAD and a detailed material list. Once completed, the team will then prepare a detailed quotation and submit it for your approval.

Once your sales consultant receives from you your signed contract, approved CAD, and copies of any other statutory approvals, your project will be scheduled for fabrication.

Once the fabrication date has been scheduled, your sales consultant will contact you to discuss a delivery date and the installation schedule, as well as any site requirements needed for a safe and practical installation process.

They came out same day as enquiry with a drawing and proposal within 24 hours. Although another quote we received from a different company was slightly cheaper, once I was informed about the difference in materials being used and explained about different load standards it became clear that the other company clearly didn’t listen to what I needed and were actually looking to make the biggest profit margin. I advise anyone looking for a top quality mezzanine with an honest company to give them a call, don’t take the cheapest quote without making sure you are comparing apples with apples.
